A customer paid their appraisal upfront. After closing, I found that this appraisal fee of $295 was clicked financed instead of POC.

Also, on the same customer, I realized that the fee for the title opinion was $600, instead of the $300 that was disclosed on the GFE and HUD.

Could I fix this by using the $295 extra, that charged to the customer, and pay it toward the extra title fee of $300??

What would be the proper way to address this?
