How should a seller's attorney fees be captured on the HUD statement? Some of our closers are separately itemizing seller attorney fees on lines 1109-1111. For example, seller's attorney charges a settlment fee, wire fee and courier fee.

Shouldn't these charges be aggregated and a total listed on line 1102 in the seller's column? Or would only the settlment fee go in line 1102 and the remaining fees go in line 1101? Thanks.
