I understand that there is zero tolerance for Origination Charges. What if we "over-disclosed" the origination charge - is that reimbursable even though the customer received lower fees?

Tolerance violations occur when the fees EXCEED the GFE estimate, not when the fees actually end up being less than the estimate. No cure is required.
