I am not as familiar with FHA rules and regulations but have been told this mornig that FHA does not allow an interest credit on a streamline refi loan....can anyone verify this? Thanks in advance, I have a closing pending your expertise!

In the absence of any qualified response I made an "executive" decision and closed the loan!!
