We have a few loans maturing, and it happens to be right after our escrow analysis is to be performed and our system won't produce an analysis because it can't forecast the next payments. How do banks supposed to handle the analysis? Is it still required?

Define "right after".

That is a good question. There is no guidance to suggest that an annual escrow statement would not be required for a loan that matures sometime in the next escrow analysis period. I assume when you say 2 months - you mean 2 months into the next analysis period.
