Has anyone heard whether OTS regulated banks must have new regulatory notices (like the FHA notice), that list the OCC as the regulator, by 7-21-11?

I haven't heard anything. Nothing in the CEO letters or Thrift Bulletins, either.

Lobby posters that include the regulator, adverse notices, CTR form, SAR form etc. I spoke with the OCC Compliance Division in Washington and they suggested we have the changes in place by 7-21-11. The OCC is aware that banks have been asking about this, and they plan on sending out guidance on this....but they don't know when.
