Anyone getting push back from their "employee" Loan Origination staff regarding no overages on loan rates? We are looking to structure xbp per loan as the comp and we are interested in how others may be considering compensation changes with the new law.
Regards

We don't broker, so we don't have ysp (anymore). I think the total fees, including the secondary market fees are considered in calculating our originator's commission. I haven't gotten the feeling that that will become non-permissible, but I'm not entirely sure until they put things out in a regulation.
