Any new information about whether Banks will have to register with SEC to bid on public funds? And is this a proposal yet or do we have a final date?

As of today, I believe nothing final has been issued. The ABA (and others) have been pushing this with the SEC. We'll have to wait and see if we get a carve out from the definition.

Still a proposal. Comments were still being submitted in April.
