I thought there used to be a Banker's Tool out there that was useful in calculating APR's. I looked but couldn't find it. Was I crazy? Any help would be appreciated.

The OCC has a free APR calculator that you can download from their website. Richard Insley, a Guru here at BOL, also has a APR calculator (for sale). You may want to pursue both of these options.

Here is the OCC software. But I will say I like the portability of Richard's APRX.

Thank you all for your help. Loan calculations are not my strongest area.
