Do we need to file a new UCC with the state for the inventory (not the real estate) of an existing borrower who is opening a new business showroom in a different city? I understand zip about UCC filings and I think we may have filed with our state just for the inventory of the current business location. What's required? A separate UCC filing with the state every time the business owner wants to open a location in a different county? Thanks.

Got my answer - only one filing of UCC1 with the state, using a generic description of the inventory and without being specific as to location.
