How do other banks track whether their customers have delinquent real estate taxes? We have properties in many different counties throughout the state and don't know how to track customers that don't have escrow.

If you have properties throughout the state and "don't know how to track customers that don't have escrow," your auditor might soon be citing you for insufficient controls. And if your institution is subject to Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 (which deals with the adequacy of internal controls), you might be in for some fun.
