If, during the processing of a mortgage loan, the terms of the loan changes (i.e. loan amount, fees, program, etc.), are we required to redisclose the TIL at that time or is the final TIL sufficient? Some closings are 6-9 months out from the date of the initial application. Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated!
