Our flood provider told us that even if we provide a full legal description when a flood is ordered for said property and that property has three different PID No's (Parcels A,B,C) we need to pull a flood for each PID even though it may not be bare land. If it's platted on the other hand we need floods for each PID. Can someone help me and let me know if this is true? Thank you.

A SFHDF is required for each adjacent property. Three separate parcel IDs would be three adjacent properties. See page 33 of the mandatory purchase guidelines.
