Are there any differences in how you must report POC items on the GFE vs. the HUD-1?

I believe they are completed the same but when I think about it, it would be more beneficial to include the POC charges in the total column on the GFE so the customer can clearly see the total of all costs he/she must pay -- whether upfront or at closing.

I can see why they wouldn't be included in the totals on the HUD-1 though.

There are completed the same - not in the totals of the GFE of HUD-1/1A.
