We have a pre-approval program and I need help determining which application date to use.

Loan that is a Pre-approval with a TBD address. Disclosures are mailed out with TBD address. We did a pre-approval letter on the TBD address. Customer now brings in a purchase agreement. Do we change the application date to the date the p.a was brought and new disclosures, since we are now re-evaluating them based on this property address? Do we have 30 days from this date to decision the file (Reg B)?

What if we didn't issue a pre-approval letter and they brought in a p.a., does the above apply?
