I just can't find something and hope to be pointed in the right direction. Do any of the new REG Z amendments modify the calculation of days for rescission purposes? I remember reading something and can't locate it. Thanks

YOu may be thinking about the extra days added if you have to redisclose the early disclosures if certain fees/circumstances change.

I don't know of any changes regarding RofR.

Thanks, I'll go to that section and re-read. An attorney is telling us that the time that the rescission period will start will depend upon our bank's "cut-off" time for the next day's business. Ever heard of that?
