Do we need to give the service provider list for all required services on each loan? Or just for the ones that they can shop for? Our loan origination software doesn't have the forms available to us, so we would need to create our own. There seems to be some different interpretations on whether this is needed.

You only have to provide a list for the providers they can shop for.
