I have an abstract company trying to use an old HUD with my new GFE2010 on a 2nd home purchase. Is the new HUD required when a new GFE2010 is used on a 2nd home purchase?

A purchase of a second home is subject to RESPA - why do they think they can use an old HUD-1?

Yes you can only use a new HUD if you've used the new GFE. Old GFE = old HUD. New GFE = new HUD.

Sounds like something is not right with the abstract company. They should know better, and you must make sure you use the new HUD. Remember your the one with your neck on the line.
