Does anyone know if Reg O applies to the following situation: Our president would like to cosign on a real estate loan for his son so that the son can get our employee rate (which is lower than our regular rates).
I can't find anything in the reg that deals with cosigning. I don't know if we let other employees do the same thing for their relatives but I would assume that we better!!
