Does the MDIA 7-day waiting period after receipt of a TIL apply on a loan to a family trust (for personal purposes) secured by a home owned by the family trust?

Not under Reg Z. Trusts are not natural persons. However check your state laws. Some states treat family trusts as consumers and if they do then they take precedence over Reg Z due to them being more stringent.
