Does anyone have an Appraisal and Evaluation Policy they would be willing to share?

If I understand correctly, we need to have a policy for these guidelines, however, I'm not sure by what date. I'm assuming these guidelines somewhat go along with the April 1st rule regarding Appraiser Independence?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

FYI - This is not a new requirement and I am surprised that you would have made it through any recent S&S audit without one.
