We have a commercial property that only has a detached shed located in the flood zone. The commercial building itself is not in the flood zone, only the shed is. Can we only get flood insurance on the shed? Or does it have to be on the building as well?

Under the the flood rules you are only mandated to insure buildings located in a SFHA.
