Received a civil action Subpoena that is asking for "all documents of a non-privileged nature relating to and including credit score and/or FICO score".
Our contract w/ credit agency says "not to be distributed to any other party EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY ANY LAW OR OTHER LAWFUL ORDER".
Does the subpoena constitiute a "lawful order"?

Most likely it does but this is a legal question that could have a significant impact on the bank if they get it wrong therefore this should be discussed with the bank's legal counsel for proper guidance.

I would guess that it was the customer's counsel that contacted you. You need to involve your legal counsel to protect the bank. Customer's counsel will take whatever they can get out of you. They won't be in trouble for receiving but the bank might for giving out information that should not have been shared.
