Hi,

Our standard form for the adverse action notice has a signature line for an employee to sign on behalf of the lender. Does anyone have any recommendations as to the best person or position to sign on behalf of the company?

Thanks.

Since this is something that is not required, it is up to the bank. You should probably have someone sign it that can answer specific questions regarding the transaction.

I agree with Randy. That's what we have always done.
