We are questioning whether we can provide the note and mortgage, etc. to another bank that is requesting this information in reference to our customer that is applying for a reduced doc loan. The other bank attached a copy of the signed Verification authorization.

To our knowledge these items have never been requested before in any of our credit verifications and we are unsure if we can provide these.

Sending actual documents goes a little beyond the standard verification forms. You need to figure out whether or not documents are covered in the release language - otherwise I would be asking for something a little more specific. Or give a copy directly to your customer and they can do what they want with them.
