We have a purchase loan that closed on Friday, but for some reason, the funding was delayed until today. Do we have to issue a new TIL to show the interest accrued between Friday and today?

I don't think so, but I haven't seen this situation very often, other than for ROR. Any help would be great!

It is a subsequent event and there is no need to redisclose. See 1026.17.
