I know if a HELOC is used for initial construction of a dwelling (or to purchase a dwelling) that will be the the primary residence the extension of credit for that purposes is not subject to recission but future extensions would be. I have read several posts that state if the ROR is not given at the time the account is opened then it would need to be given prior to subsequent advances. If the ROR is not given at account opening is there any way to provide it later which will then cover all future advances, or at that point would are you locked into having to provide it before every single advance?

You should be able, with competent legal guidance from your attorney, to provide a rescission that would include all advances made after the expiration date of the rescission notice. However that notice cannot include or exempt advances already made.
