A loan subject to 1026.32 must contain the following disclosure in the Fed Box:

"You are not required to complete this agreement merely because you have received these disclosures or have signed a loan application. If you obtain this loan, the lender will have a mortgage on your home. You could lose your home, and any money you have put into it, if you do not meet your obligations under the loan."

If a loan is not subject to 1026.32, is any part of the above disclosure required to be in the Fed Box?

Currently, on closed end real estate loans, our Fed Box has this disclosure:

"You are not required to complete this agreement merely because you have received these disclosures or have signed a loan application."

I am wondering we need to remove this from our Fed Box if the loan is not subject to 1026.32. If it is required to be on non-HCML/HOEPA loans, can you please provided the section in 1026 where this information is located?

Thank you!
