We have a refinance loan in Florida. Applicant's are H/W, and Father co-signing with income being used to qualify (not on Title). Father is also married, so since his wife did not apply in any way, would there be any requirement for the co-signor's wife to sign anything?

Typically not, but check with your title company to see if they require anything.
