I am reviewing a revolving line of credit account (not home secured; not a credit card) opening disclosure which includes an annual fee. The disclosure does not state when the fee will be assessed (such as annually on anniversary of account opening). Should the account opening disclosure include verbiage (outside of the Schumer box) about when the annual fee will be assessed? Or would this fall under the requirement of 1026.9(e) for disclosure upon renewal of credit at least 30 days or one billing cycle before the annual fee is assessed?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Not sure what 1026.9(e) has to do with a line of credit - it is not a credit or charge card. When your annual fee will be assessed should be addressed in your line of credit loan agreement.
