I ran across a HELOC where the early disclosures were in the name of an individual and the closing documentation is all in the name of the individuals revocable trust.

I don't work a lot with trusts, since the same person is involved regardless is this an issue?

There is no requirement to have a name on the early HELOC disclosures. They just have to be delivered.
