We are opening a new branch and need a copy of the Equal Housing Lender poster. The current poster we have hanging up in our other branches look different then the one I am finding on HUDs website. The one we are currently displaying, the wording goes straight down the page. Towards the top there are 2 bullet points that say
-deny a loan for the purpose of purchasing, constructing, ...
-discrimination in fixing the amount, interest rate, ...

The one I am finding on HUDs website has 2 columns at the bottom with 3 bullet points in each column

(Hope I've described these good enough). My question is... which poster is the correct one to use? We are regulated by the Federal Reserve if that makes a difference. I can't find where the content of the poster has changed from what we currently have but I may be missing it somewhere.

Here's a "Golden Oldie" for you:

Look at 2a on the 2nd page
(Don't you wish they wrote regs like this today?) smile

Agreed! They don't make 'em like they used to! (I'm glad to see that you didn't lose all of your old material in the fire.)
