(You'll have to excuse me. In the service, everything was a party. That is how things often got done. Barracks parties got the barracks cleaned. Latrine parties got the latrines cleaned. A comment letter party should give you the data for a comment letter. And it'll be a whole lot nicer than a latrine party, I assure you.)

I have another commitment and cannot participate in the BOL seminar (party). So I will have to rely on any of you party animals to let me know how things went. I need help with my comment letter!

The seminar is on September 25. Sign up through BOL's learning center. There will also be an opportunity to purchase tapes and materials afterwards. But, don't waste any time because the comment period closes 4 weeks after our seminar.
None of my clients are going to pay for me to write a comment letter (would I be wasting my breath if I did?). However, if someone local wanted company for the seminar, I might accept an invitation on September 25.
