I am struggling with some limitations in our computer system and maintaining compliance with RESPA's required service provider provisions. I have always understood that each separate settlement service needed to be disclosed individually. What if there is one attorney who provides, closing, doc prep, and title opinion, and bills separately for each. Can you list these on line 1107 and lump them together, as you would on the settlement statement?

By reading 3500.7(e), I don’t see why you can’t.

We don’t have this situation, but our software gives a line to enter the other line numbers that apply;

When it prints, it looks like this:

Attorney fees: Who Ever $000
Includes lines: 1101; 1105
