At my institution, we are having a discussion on the accurate way to disclose the Attorney's Fees on Line 1107. Specfically, the line immediately following 1107 states "includes above item numbers".

Question: If 1107 (Attorney's Fees) does not include any of the items above (1101 through 1106) what needs to be input on the explanation line after 1107? Should it be "NONE" because no additional services were performed, or should it just be left blank?

Line 1107 should only be used to show "bundled" attorney's fees - i.e., the attorney bills one amount for performing several of the title services. In this case, the total is shown on line 1107 and the line numbers for the individual services are listed below it. If the attorney only performed one service, the fee for that service should be shown on the appropriate line.
