I have a customer I financed a house for almost a year ago. I did an appraisal and disclosed his right to receive a copy of it. I recently did another loan for the same customer on the same property, but did not have a new appraisal done. Do I need to disclose his right to receive a copy of the appraisal, even though we did not do a new one??

No. 202.14(a)(2) in the OSC.

2. Renewals. This section applies when an applicant requests the renewal of an existing extension of credit and the creditor obtains a new appraisal report. This section does not apply when a creditor uses the appraisal report previously obtained to evaluate the renewal request .
