If these are passed on to consumers, are we responsible for disclosures on these as you would see in a print ad?

Yes. Your rate sheet would then become and advertisement and must comply with applicable rules.

We put a disclaimer on our rate sheets that they are not for consumer use. We provide them to brokers for their use only. We can't control who they give them to, but they are not intended for the general public.
