We have a contractor who is currently building another office for us. He now wants a loan.

I think that as long as he doesn't exceed our loan to one borrower limit, and the loan is set up and priced as all of our others that this is not a problem.

There doesn't seem to be a problem. Look at it this way, would you make him the loan if he were not building one of your offices?
