I'd review
130(a) and (b) of the TILA itself. Reimbursements are what protects you against big losses in the event of litigation. You also have a 60 day clock.
Imagine standing in front of a jury of fee paying bank customers and the plaintiffs attorney is speaking:
"You were wrong, and this should cost you," or
"You knew you were wrong, chose not to do anything about it and now it will really cost you."
