We have a property we are about to foreclose on and it is in a low risk flood zone. We have maintained forced place flood insurance on this property.

Even though it appears the bank is not required to maintain flood insurance on the property, as a general guideline what do most of you do? Do you keep it any way? I am leaning toward that.
