We are implementing the use of a local realtor to do "in-house" evaluations for our bank. The customer will pay for the evaluation. Will I be required to give a customer a copy of this evaluation since that is what we will be using to base our collateral value on? It looks like the answer is yes in reading the regulation, but thought i'd get some expert opinions.

The evaluation would be an appraisal under the Reg therefore you would have to comply with the appraisal requirements.
