Compliance examiners have recommended we have policies and procedures for the following: ECOA, Fair Lending, Flood Insurance, RESPA, Homeownership Counseling, Credit Practices Rule, EFT, Interest on Deposits, Serviceman's Civil Relief Act, Electronic Banking, Unfair or Deceptibe Acts or Practices.
