Help for Consumers
Once again, the Federal Reserve has provided information to help consumers. This time, the publication explains what risk-based pricing notices are and how consumers should use them. The one-page flyer describes the types of notices and explains what the notices should tell the consumer. It also advises the consumer on actions to take upon receiving the notice. Even though it would mean an extra piece of paper, this one-page information sheet might be worth including with risk-based pricing notices.
