Does anyone have an idea as to how soon after the comment period ends that we will hear further information on this subject as to whether they will tweak this proposed legislation?

From what I'm reading, it seems that if you went through the work of setting up an escrow system to deal with HPML's, then you're still going to have to escrow--but if you never complied from the beginning and set up escrow, then you might just get exempted from the whole thing.

Is this in the the "5 year" proposal? I haven't read it yet simply because we have been escrowing all along so escrowing is no big deal for us. Anyway can/would you provide the cite in the proposal.

What part of NE AR are you from? I was raised in the MO Bootheel.
