Scenario:

We had a loan request from a company that would be guaranteed by the owner. A credit report was pulled on the guarantor. The loan request was denied.

On the AAN do we disclose the FCRA notice since it was the company that was turned down and a credit report was not pulled on the company. Or do we still include the FCRA notice with the guarantors information but the denial done in the name of the company??

Thank you!

A guarantor is not an applicant, so no.
