We are finally getting around to offering an overdraft protection product. I am trying to set up the account opening disclosures and need to know how to correctly disclose the APR? Our rate is 18% but we charge a $25 one time set up fee. Does this fee get factored into the disclosed APR?

Have you looked at the model account opening disclosure, such as Model G-17A?
