We have a commerical loan with a run down house on this farmland that is basically falling down. The apparaiser gave this house no value. Does right to receive appraisal apply? If this was a consumer loan, I think I could easily argue how RESPA would not apply. With right to receive appraisal, I am not so sure.

It's a simple disclosure to give. Even if there's a gray area, i'd just give it and be done with it. JMO.
