Help! We received a commercial loan application. We pulled credit reports on the two individual co-owners but the individual reports did not contribute to the denial. The application was denied due to insufficient cash flow & inadequate reserves. Are we correct in just sending the AAN to the business or are we required to also send notices to the individuals?

The individuals were not applicants assuming they were only being asked to guarantee the loan.
