Is this permissible as an advertisement in a newspaper?
"New Commercial and Agricultural Fixed Rate Products Now Available!" "Also New Lower Rates". There is a picture of a farm and Equal Housing Lender and Member FDIC and our bank logo and address.

I did not know if the word "fixed" would be a trigger term?

The Reg Z advertising rules do not apply to business or agricultural lending.
