Anyone have a template/sample to share of what verbiage generally accompanies TIL reimbursements? (Letters to consumers)

In Monopoly, there's a yellow Community Chest card that reads, "Bank error in your favor, collect $200." Players don't focus on the nature of the error, just the cash! Reimbursement can work that way too--if you aren't too specific and don't mention laws and regulations.

Dear borrower: During a routine review of recent loans, we discovered an error in the documents we provided at the time of your loan. In such cases, our policy is to do what we disclosed and make adjustments in the borrower's favor. Accordingly, we have determined that you are due a refund. Please find our cashiers check in the amount of $$$$.

Whatever you do, don't make it easy for the borrower to call someone to discuss the nature of the error.
